01 · 5-second check
Log a workout in 5 seconds
Tick the muscle groups you trained and you're done. No typing out every set — add sets, reps and weight only when you feel like it.
- 8 muscle groups, each with specific muscles inside
- Sets, reps and weight are optional · kg or lb
- A summary after every session, side by side with your last one
02 · Muscle calendar
Never skip a muscle.
Never overtrain one.
Chest, back, shoulders, legs, glutes, arms, core and cardio each get a calendar that fills in on its own, along with the date you last trained them. Just the facts, no coaching — you decide what's next.
- A "last trained" date for every muscle group
- Weekly goal and streak — skip up to two days in a row and it stays alive
- Your whole month on one calendar
